Ingredients:Soy Flour, 1 cup, stirred *Flour, white, .50 cup Soy milk, chocolate, 1 cup *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, .50 cup Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), 1 cup Granulated Fructose, 2 tsp Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Directions
Makes very thick and heavy pancakes. 1 to 2 pancakes is all you will be able to eat. Turns brown very fast because of the soy flour.
