Healthy Cornbread Dressing

Ingredients
. 25 cups egg beaters1 cup Vegetable broth1 pound store bought cornbread - cut into 1 inch cubes1 cup frozen chopped onions2 tbsp Kraft Roasted Red Pepper Italian w/ Parmesan Dressing1 8 oz can sliced Water Chestnuts1 14.75 oz can sweet Cream Style corn1 cup shredded 2% cheddar-jack cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F, spray a 2.5 quart casserole dish with baking spray. Set aside.

In a large bowl combine all ingredients (be sure to cube cornbread first!) and mix evenly. The mixture should still be chunky. Transfer to casserole dish and bake uncovered for 1 hour.
