Chicken & Broccoli Penne

Ingredients
12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast1/2 cup Sargento reduced fat Italian cheese blend1 Tbsp country crock + calcium1 Tbsp vegetable broth2 cups broccoli florets1 1/2 Tbsp red pepper flakes2 Tbsp minced garlic1/2 tsp salt8 oz whole wheat penne
Directions
Heat 1 Tbsp vegetable broth in medium size skillet or frying pan. Add chicken and brown, approximately 3 minutes. Remove from pan. Melt 1 Tbsp country crock in skillet and add broccoli, red pepper flakes and garlic; saute approximately 1 minute. Return chicken to pan and season with salt. Fry for another minute.

Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Serve chicken and broccoli mixture on pasta and top with shredded cheese.
