Apple and Avocado salad

Ingredients
1 large apple1 florida avocado1 tbsp EVOO1/2 cup Orange juiceJuice of half a lemon1 pk Field GreensLemon Zest of a whole lemon4 tbsp of chopped red onions2 oz. blue cheese (reduced fat)1/2 cup Walnuts.1/2 tsp salt.1/2 tsp. pepper.
Directions
To make the dressing:
Whisk together the olive oil, orange juice, lemon juice, salt and pepper and set aside.

Combine the remaining ingredients and toss with the dressing above.

Makes approx. 6 1 cup servings.
