Ingredients
1 pound lean dround beef1/4 cup ketchup2 tbsp brown sugar, packed2 tbsp yellow mustard
Directions
Brown beef in a skillet. Put in slow cooker and add remaining ingredients. Cook on low for 4-6 hours. Serve on whole wheat hamburger buns.
