Fat Free spice bran muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup water1/2 cup molasses or honey (or 1/4c each)1/4 cup pumpkin puree1/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substiute2 cups Bob's Red Mill spice apple bran muffin mix
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Blend all together, mix until just moistened. DO NOT OVER MIX OR THEY WILL BE VERY CHEWY!!! (due to the lack of fat) Spoon into 12 muffin papers. Bake 15-20min until done.
