Easy Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
1 lb. turkey sausage6 Great Value hash brown patties1 cup 1% milk6 oz. cheddar cheese6 large eggsPepperPaprikaOnion powder
Directions
1. Cook sausage and drain.
2. Layer 6 patties in an 11x7-inch glass dish. Spoon sausage on patties.
3. Combine eggs and milk. Add pepper, paprika, and onion powder to taste. Pour over sausage and hash browns.
4. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and refrigerate overnight.
5. Cover with foil and bake for forty-five minutes to an hour in a 350-degree F oven. I like to serve with salsa.

Makes 4-6 servings and can be easily doubled in a 13x9x2-inch baking dish. You can always substitute low-fat cheese, but I used what I had on hand. Enjoy!
