Ingredients
6 medium potatoes - skin removed1/2 - 3/4 cup rice dream4 T smart balance light buttery spreadsalt & pepper to taste
Directions
peel potatoes and cut into 1 inch cubes. place in lightly salted cold water and bring potatoes and water to the boil. cook for 15-20 minutes or until potaotes can be pierced easily with a fork. drain, and mash with a potato masher. add rice milk (enough to reach your desired cosistancy), butter spread and salt & pepper to taste

    this is how i make my son's who has a milk allergy excpet i use half potatoes and 1/2 cauliflower and boil them together.
