Ginger Baked Yams

Ingredients
3 Sweet Potatos, chopped in 1/2 inch rounds1 1/2 tbsp oil1tsp ginger and cinnamon1 tbsp agave
Directions
Wash yams, slice into 1/2 inch rounds,mix in bowl with othr ingredients. Put in baking pan and bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes. Makes about 22 slices, and I've calculated the nutritional info per slice.
