Ingredients
2 slices of bread (I use Nature's Pride Honey Wheat)2 slices left over turkey breast (or whatever leftovers you may have)1 tsp of garlic.5 tbsp of low cal margarine about 1/4 cup of leftover sweet potatoes (I make my sweet potatoes savory, and therefore have the 1 tbsp of BASIL added to the mix, if you have candied sweet potatoes then you could just leave them as is, can also use regular mashed potatoes to sub.) less than 1/4 cup leftover cranberry sauce
Directions
-Mix the margarine and garlic together, and melt. Brush onto one side of each slice of bread.
-Spread cranberry sauce on one side of one piece of bread
- Place turkey on top of the cranberry sauce
-Spread sweet potatoes (or white potatoes) on top of the turkey
-Press other piece of bread on top
-Heat a skillet (I like to use my George Foreman instead), place the sandwich in with another, heavy skillet on top to weigh it down.

-- Depending on the heat setting, check after 2-4 minutes, then flip.

-- REMEMBER: the caloric content of this is all based on how your left overs were originally made and how much of each item goes on your panini. You can make it fat with turkey, and light on the cranberry and potatoes and it will still be yummy and healthy!
