Thai Green Curry Fish Parcel

Ingredients
Snapper (fish), 150 grams *Trident Lite coconut milk, 25 gram(s) Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Garlic, 1 clove *Thai Kitchen Green Curry Paste, .5 tbsp
Directions
Spread fish fillet with green curry paste and place in the centre of a small piece of tin foil.

Chop onion and red pepper into small dices and scatter across.

Crush garlic clove and mix into two tbsp of Lite Coconut milk .

fold up the sides of the foil but don't seal yet, pour the cocnut mik over the fish and seal the parcel up.

Bake in preheated oven (180degree) for 15-20 minutes until fish is steamed through and fragrant.
