10 oz box cheese crackers10 oz bag corn chips8 oz pretzel sticks4 cups Honey Nut Cheerios1 lb. pecan halves2 sticks unsalted butter1 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp chopped garlic1-1/2 tbsp curry powder1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce10 dashes Tabasco sauce
Preheat oven to 225 degrees Fahrenheit.
Combine crackers, chips, pretzels, cereal, and pecans in a large bowl. Set aside.
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients individually until smooth. Pour butter mixture over dry ingredients slowly, mixing thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly onto 4 cookie sheets.
Bake 60 minutes at 225 degrees. Stir mix on each cookie sheet with fork every 15 minutes.
Adapted from my grandmother Bertha Cochran's recipe. She used 4 cups popped corn instead of the Cheerios.
