Tanya's Egg Rolls

Ingredients
1/2 pound Ground Beef1 small bag of Fresh Express Cole Slaw Mix1 package of Egg Roll Wrappers2 TBSP of cooking oil1 tsp of ground ginger2 TBSP of soy sauce
Directions
Finely brown ground beef. Set aside. Saute cole slaw mix in cooking oil. Add ginger and soy sauce. Add ground beef. Stir well. Fill egg roll wrappers. Deep fry in additional cooking oil. Makes 14 individual egg rolls.
