1 445g tin tuna in water1 cup grated low fat cheesesalt and pepper1 cup reduced fat milkgood squeeze of lemon juice1 cup reduced fat savoury crakers crushed2 eggs well beaten1 onion finely chopped6 tablespoons chopped parsley
Mix all ingredients together and place in a well greased lamington tin, press down firmly. Bake in a moderate oven 375F or 190C until cooked about 40 minutes . Serve hot with vegetables or cold with salad.
