Dressing with cornbread & whole grain bread

2 pkgs Sara Lee whole grain hot dog buns2 pkgs Jiffy corn muffin mix, preparedleaves and small pieces in a bunch of celery, finely chopped1 tsp sage1 tsp seasoned salt1/4 - 1/2 C turkey broth1 C tap water (appx)butter, if desired (I used 1/4 C for this calculation)
Break all bread into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and mix together until all moistened. spread evenly into buttered 9X13 pan. Top with pats of butter, if desired. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes or until golen brown.
