6 tbls flax meal 1 egg1/2 cup powder milk1 tbls vinegar1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking sodasoda water
mix dry ingredients. Add vinegar and enough soda water to make a batter about the same consistency as pancakes. Cover and let sit out over night. Add egg and cook on lightly sprayed griddle. Should be thicker than a crepe and thinner than a pancake. Add a bit more soda water if needed
