Asparagus and Turkey Pasta Salad

2 oz Pasta (bowties work nicely)3 oz Turkey Breast, shredded3 oz Asparagus, cut into approx 1 inch pieces1 Tomato, chopped2 Green Onions, finely slicedDressing:1 1/2 tbs Nonfat Yogurt, Plain1/2 tsp Prepared Mustard1 1/2 tsp Parmesan Cheese, Shredded1 Dash Garlic PowderSalt and Pepper to Taste
Boil pasta, drain and run under cold water until cool.
While pasta is cooking, cut asparagus, put in microwaves safe bowl with a little water, cover and cook for about 4 minutes, until "tender and crisp". Cut tomatos and onions.
Shred turkey (or peal shrimp or rince beans or slice steak or dice chicken, etc.).
Mix together yogurt, mustard, parmesan cheese and spices to create the dressing in an medium/large bowl. Toss in the other ingredients, mix until just blended and serve.
