Egg Cheese Ham Bacon Casserole

3 eggs, 3 egg whites, 1.5 cup of milk, 1 cup shredded cheese, 5 slices bread torn up, 1 tsp salt, 3TBSP bacon bits, 0.5 cup chopped ham.
Tear up 5 slices of bread (white or sour dough work great, but wheat makes it an unappetizing color) into a 9x9 pan. Combine eggs and egg whites, wisk in milk and salt. Set aside. Chop up ham and sprinkle over bread along with bacon bits. Pour on egg mixture then sprinkle over cheese. Let sit for 2 hours up to overnight and bake at 350F for 45 min or until it starts to brown and puff up. Check that it's totally done by inserting a knife into the center and seeing that it comes out clean.
