Ground beef, lean, 1 lbOnions, raw, 1 small chopped1/2 c Chopped red bell pepper1 Tbsp Montreal Steak SeasoningWorchestershire Sauce, 2 tsp Tomato Sauce, 8 oz canGarlic, 1 clove , mincedBrown Sugar, 2 Tbsp1 tsp Red Wine, Balsamic, or Sherry Vinegar
Get ground beef in hot pan browning. As you are breaking it up, add onion, garlic, steak seasoning and brown sugar.
When meat is browned, add worchestershire, tomato sauce, and vinegar.
Stir in red pepper and simmer mixture to reduce liquid, about another 5 minutes.
Serve with whatever rolls or wraps you like, or with a salad.
