1 lb Cooked, Tailess Shrimp8 oz Imitation Crabmeat8 oz Roasted Red Pepper Chopped -Jarred in Water1 Green Pepper Chopped1 Small Onion Chopped2 Small Cans of Sliced Mushrooms1 Small Red Tomato Chopped1 Tablespoon Olive Oil2 Tablespoons Butter1 Cup WaterGarlic/Salt to taste
Put Olive oil in pan, Saute Green Peppers, Onions until tender, add mushrooms and small tomato. Cook until Mushrooms have heated. Add Shrimp, Crabmeat, Roasted Red Peppers, butter and Garlic and salt (to taste), Add water cook til heated through. Serve over Pasta or rice.
