Spinach and Ground Turkey Stirfry

Ingredients
1 lb lean ground turkey6 cups/1 lb frozen spinach6 tbsp of your favorite marinade (ginger wasabi used for this recipe)1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves garlic, minced1/2 medium bell pepper1 tsp sea salt1 tsp parsley1/2 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp onion powder1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp oregano1/4 tsp paprika1 tsp Bragg Liquid Aminos1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
First, season your ground turkey and set aside to marinate. Then chop your garlic, onion and pepper and set aside. Use a large pot or wok to season the pan with olive oil. Put on medium-high until it starts to sizzle. Then add your vegetables and saute until they start to brown. Add the spinach, turkey, and marinade and saute on high heat for about ten minutes until your turkey is fully cooked. Remove from heat and serve. Makes six medium to large portions.
