I absolutely loves this recipe!! So easy and so yummy! A little spicy with the two cans of chilies so I only use one but soooooo good! - 10/8/09

I make this same recipe with black beans, kidney beans, and pinto beans. I also add a ranch seasoning packet to it. My husband doesn't even want regular chili anymore, he would rather have this! I don't put chiles in it either. I just use 2 cans tomato sauce, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1 can corn. - 8/8/09

Very yummy, but if we are looking at reducing cost, it is much cheaper to use frozen corn instead of canned, and use dried bean instead of canned. - 11/12/08

WOW! Look at the sodium content versus the calories. There are so many things I would do to alter this recipe and make it healthier and cheaper. - 11/11/08

Is this really a healthy soup? It has almost the total daily recommended amount of sodium and is very high in cholesterol and fat. The amount of fiber and protein is good, but I don't see how this can be healthy. - 10/30/12

I made this recipe exactly as it is written. My family did not think I needed to make it again. I thought it tasted too salty. - 5/5/11

Really delicious. My family loved it with the shredded cheese and sour cream over some tortillas. I thought it was delicious just as a soup alone. - 4/29/12

This soup was delicious! When I told my boyfriend I was making soup for supper, he said, "I can't get full from soup!" Now he wants the leftovers for supper tonight! I did add a cup of water because I wanted it a little more "soupy." I also put one can of black beans and one can of dark kidney beans - 12/1/09

Have been using a similar recipe for several years. DH and DDs ask for it often. They all love it. I have made it with ground turkey for even fewer calories and it is also gooe that way. - 5/23/09

I made and tried this today, I modified it a little as i'm a vegetarian and we didn't have certain ingredients. It was certainly yummy, I want more now!

I replaced the mince with vegetarian mince, and added organic Puy lentils instead of kidney beans! & Made my own homemade taco seasoning. - 2/28/09
