Healthy pancakes

Ingredients
Eggbeaters (or egg white), sour milk (or add vinegar to milk prior to prep), ground flax seed, sugar, white flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and baking soda.
Directions
1. Add vinegar to 1 cup soy milk prior to preparing pancake mix.
2. In mixing bowl, add ingredients in order given.
3. Mix until smooth.
Note: Add fruit, such as mashed banana, blueberries, finely chopped apple and nuts to desired taste.
