2 c. Frozen Spinach (buy a bag of spinach and stick it in the freezer)5 Frozen Whole Strawberries1 Small banana2 Tbsp. Hemp Protein Powder (I use Bob's Red Mill Hemp Protein)1 c. Unsweetened Apple Juice (for liquid)
Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. It helps to pulse the blender a little to help everything blend thoroughly. You can adjust the amount of smoothie you get by adjusting the amount of spinach and apple juice you use. You can also substitute whatever other liquid you want for the apple juice (ie. soy milk, almond milk, orange juice, etc...), just keep in mind that this will probably affect the number of calories/nutritional information.
If you need a little boost, you can add 1/8th tsp of Powdered Maca Root.
