Tamale Pie

1/2 medium onion, chopped1/2 red bell pepper, chopped1/2 pound lean ground turkey1 15 oz. can tomato sauce1 15 oz. can hominy1 3 oz. can chopped green chiles1 tbsp chili powder1 tbsp cumindash cayenne3/4 cornmeal1 3/4 water1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Spray skillet with nonfat cooking spray. Saute 1/2 chopped medium sized onion and 1/2 chopped red bell pepper. Add ground turkey and heat until cooked through. Add 1 15 oz can of tomato sauce, 1 15 oz can of hominy, 3.5 oz can of chopped green chiles, 6 tbsp of chopped black olives. Add spices to taste. Set aside.
Set 1 cup water to boil. Mix cornmeal with 3/4 cold water. When water on stove it boiling, wisk in cornmeal and water mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste. Stir constantly until thickened.
Spoon cornmeal mixture into four ramekins. Top with turkey mixture and then top with shredded cheddar. Bake for 30 minutes.
