homemade venison meatloaf

Ingredients
approximately 2Lbs ground venison2 lg eggs9-10 townhouse toppers (garlic herb flavor) crackers - crushed finelyapprox 2-3 tbsp ketchup (1 - 2 squirts)1 small onion (finely chopped)garlic powder (to taste)oregano (to taste)(sea salt & pepper optional)Another 1-2 tbsp ketchup (optional) to toppam spray
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 375F

Mix together meat, crackers, seasonings, eggs & ketchup

Spray loaf pan with cooking spray

put meatloaf mixture into pan & top with optional squirt or 2 of ketchup

Bake for 50 - 60 mins .... until meat thermometer reaches approx 170F and meat has almost no pink in the center.

Makes approx 10 servings....

Serving suggestions: add a side of mashed potatoes, green beans and top both potatoes & meatloaf with mushroom gravy.
