Protein Balls

Ingredients

3/4 cup powdered milk1/2 cup ground flax seed1/2 cup peanut butter1/2 cup honey1/3 cup oatsoptional: (use none, one or two)1/2 cup chocolate chips1/2 cup chopped walnuts1/2 cup craisins or dried cherries or raisins
Mix everything together.
Roll into tablespoon-sized balls. I roll them in crushed graham crackers so they don't stick together. You can also roll them in crushed Honey Nut Oats cereal or some of the flax seed.
Makes about 24 tablespoon sized balls (depending on what mix-ins you add)
