Simple Egg Drop Soup

Ingredients
2 cups water1 Tablespoon Vigo Chicken Soup Base1 T Tamari (or other good quality soy sauce)1 large egg - beaten
Directions
Bring everything but egg to a boil in a small pot.

Using chopsticks or a fork start getting the water swirling.

Slowly pour in egg mixture while stiring water. Immediately remove from heat and serve.
