Ingredients
2 cups of plain white flour100grams salted butter1/2 cup trim milk Filling2 tsp cinnamon4 Tbsp Brown sugar2 Tbsp butter
Directions
Place flour into a large bowl. Cut butter into the flour and rub between your fingers until all the flour is used and its all like bread crumbs. Add more of either flour or butter if needed. Pour part of the milk in, mix until it is a fairly dry dough that stick together. Careful to not over mix as it causes tough dough. Once you have a dough that sticks together without sticking too much to your fingers roll out on a floured board or surface until it is about a centimeter thick or approximately half an inch and a rectangle. Soften the butter for the filling, then add the other two ingredients. Spread filling onto dough leaving an inch and a half at the top of the rolled out dough. Pick up the bottom of the dough and roll the dough upward like a sausage shape. Brush the plain part of the dough with milk and then finish rolling. Cut into 'pinwheels' about an inch thick each. This will make approximately 16 pinwheel scones. Place on a greased baking sheet in a Preheated oven on 180 C (Moderate oven). Bake for 10 minutes. Don't forget to wait for it to cool before eating it's hot! Yummmm
