Cracker Crusted Baked Chicken Strips

8 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts1 1/2 tbsp light miracle whip1/2 a roll of ritz cracker, crushed well (vegetable and herb flavored are great for this recipe)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Slice chicken into strips about one inch thick.
(Here's the fun part) With your hands rub miracle whip on strips be sure not to coat it too thickly.
Roll strips in cracker crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is cooked all the way through. (May not even take that long.)
