Ingredients
2 cups steel cut oats3 cups water3 cups apple juice, unsweetened1 cup cranberries dried1 cup golden raisins.5 cup chopped walnuts.5 cup chopped almonds
Directions
bring oats water and apple juice to a boil then down to low to simmer about 20 minutes. Add fruit and nuts and cook about 10 more minutes or until most liquid is absorbed.
