Zuccini Squash, 3 cupCabbage, fresh, 1 head mediumYellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 packageBroccoli, frozen 1 packageBrown Rice, meduim grain, 2 cupChicken Thigh, 10 bone and skin removedChicken Drumstick, 10 bone and skin removed
First get a ten pound bag of chicken leg quarters, cut the thigh fromt the drumstick. Boil and season the chicken and rice as you like for 45 min. I use garlic salt, cuminos, and chicken bouion, 2 squares. After that then add the vegetables for another 15-20 min. Then serve and enjoy.
