Turkey Burger with Sandwich Thins

Ingredients
19.2 oz package of 93/7 Turkey Burger1/4 Green Onion chopped very fine1/4 Carrots Chopped fine1 tsp salt2 tbsp Black Pepper2 tbsp Basil1/4 Bread Crumbs seasonedOrowheat or Arrow Sandwich Thins Put Turkey in bowl. Chop onions and carrots I very fine and add to bowl. Add salt, pepper, basil now mix very well. Now add the bread crumbs and mix well but don't over mix the turkey it will make your burger tough. Let rest for about 10 minutes.
Directions
Grill on gas grill about 7 minutes on each side.

This makes 4 good size burgers. Warm the Orowheat or Arrow Sandwich Thins, If you use condiments on your burger you will have to count for those calories.
