Raspberry Breakfast Shake

Ingredients
1 Cup Nonfat Milk0.5 Cup of Quaker 1-Minuted Quick Oats (cooked in water)1 Scoop Whey Protien Powder (flavor to taset)0.5 Cup Raspberries (frozen or fresh)Ice Cubes (6-10)Water (as needed)
Directions
Combine Milk, Cooked Oatmeal, Whey Protein powder, Raspberries, and Ice in blender (I prefer a Smoothie Maker for its Ice chopping ability)
add warter as needed to make 32oz.

Blend until Smooth. (Makes 1 32oz shake)

If smaller shake is desired pour reminder into resealable bottle and refrigerate it for later.
