Beans, garbanzo, canned - S&W, 46.5 ozPickle relish, dill - Vlasic, 3 tbspMustard, yellow - French's, 3 tbspMayonnaise, light - Best Foods, 3 tbspCucumber with peel, raw, 2 cupOnion, green, raw, 0.5 cupCelery, raw, diced, 1.5 cupCurry powder, dash
1. Drain garbanzo beans and put in large mixing bowl.
2. Mash with fork until consistency similar to chopped egg.
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until well combined.
Makes 8 1-cup servings.
Serving suggestion: On bread, pita, or tortillas wrap with lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
