Apple Strudel

Ingredients
3 Golden Delicious Apples1/4 cup bread crumbs1/2 cup chopped pecans6 tbsp butter5 sheets phyllo dough1/4 cup sugar2 tbsp lemon juice2 tbsp cinnamon
Directions
Brown bread crumbs and pecans with 1tbsp of the butter.

Peel, core, and slice apples. Mix apples with lemon juice, sugar, cinnamon, pecan+bread crumb mixture.

Brush each of the five sheet of dough with the rest of the melted butter. Sprinkled each sheet with sugar.

From the long side of the dough, lay the apple mixture in a line about 2 inches away from the long edge. Roll up in a log shape and tuck in the ends.

Brush melted butter on top of log, sprinkle with sugar. Cut 5 or 6 vent slits in the top of the dough.

Bake for 15 with tin foil cover. Remove cover and bake another 15 minutes.
