Croissant Bread Pudding

5 eggs2.5 cups heavy cream1 cup sugar1 tbsp of cinnamon1 tbsp of vanilla1 stick of unsalted butter12 croissants1 bag of semisweet chocolate chips
lightly butter a 9x13 baking dish
tear up croissants into 1 inch pieces
toss in chocolate chips and spread evenly
mix butter and sugar in a food processor.
add vanilla and cinnamon and blend.
add eggs while food processor is running.
scrap the sides down and then add cream.
mix until completely blended.
pour mixture over croissants and let sit for 10 minutes.
preheat oven to 350'F
cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
remove foil and bake for 10 more minutes.
