2 slices Sara Lee whole wheat bread2/3 cup non fat dry milk powder10 tsp splenda2 tsp baking powder1 tbls cinnamon2 eggs, well beaten2 tbls butter, melted1 tsp vanilla1 oz chopped wallnuts1 cup frozen blueberries
Process bread into crumbs. Blend in rest of ingredients
except blueberries. Fold in berries. Divide into 5 muffin cups that have veen sprayed with Pam.Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Let set 5 minutes. run knife around edge to loosen. Cool on rack/
