300 grams jumbo oats100 grams powdered skim milk100 grams chopped almonds50 grams chopped walnuts50 grams course ground flax seed50 grams shredded coconut1 1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground cloves1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp salt100 grams unsweetened apple sauce80 grams maple syrup1 tbsp coconut sugar1 tbsp walnut oil1 tsp vanilla extract1 tsp almond extract80 grams dried cherries80 grams green raisins
Preheat the oven to 160°C. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients for the granola. Add the wet ingredients, and mix until well combined.
Spread the granola mix onto the prepared sheet pan in one layer. Toast in the oven at 160°C for 45 minutes until the granola is crisp and brown, stopping every 10 minutes to stir.
Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan. Mix in the dried fruit.
Makes 20 servings of 40 grams.
