Geez Whiz Vegan Cheez Spread

Ingredients
-1 cups raw cashews-1/4 cup roasted red pepper-1/4 cup quick oats (or soak old fashioned for an hour)-1/2 cup nutritional yeast-1 tablespoon prepared mustard, dijon is great-1 tablespoon lemon juice, more to taste (about half a lemon)-1 cup water (i start with half a cup and work up to desired consistency)
Directions
Blend all ingredients and then put on the stove over low heat. Whisk constantly until sauce thickens. Pour into jars and let cool- use for dips and spreads or thin out with water or veggie broth for a sauce.
Makes about 2 cups- the serving size is 2 tablespoons.
