Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1 lb. lean ground beef1/4 c dry oatmeal1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce2 tsp. hot pepper sauce, or to taste1 Tbsp chili powder2 tsp. onion powder8 whole wheat burger buns
Directions
Brown beef in a skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 15 minutes. Serve on whole wheat buns
