Very yummy beef stirfry with almonds

1/4 cup Rice100grams beef1/2 a carrot1/2 a small broccolioil1.5 Tbsp oyster sauceground pepper2 cloves of garlic10 or so nuts - I used almond but peanuts and cashews are also very tasty
This meal is for one person
Put rice into large bowl, cover with water. Water should be 2 inches above rice level. Put it into the microwave for 10 minutes (white rice).
Chop beef, broccoli into slim slices. They should be the similar sizes.
Turn on stove and heat oil in a frying pan.
Slice carrot into slim slices.
Put beef, carrots and broccoli into the frying pan.
Add nuts, oyster sauce and pepper.
Chop garlic
When the rice is finished, pour out excess water, stir and put back in the microwave for 3-4minutes
Add garlic to the pan, cook at high heat while stiring.
Enjoy
