Honey/Balsamic Glazed Carrots

Ingredients
About 5 large carrots, peeled and sliced.1/4 cup of water1/4 cup balsamic Vinegar2 TBS honey
Directions
In small sauce pan bring water, Vinegar, and honey to a boil, then reduce to a simmer.
Peel and slice carrots into rounds.
Steam carrot slices for about 5 minutes (be careful not to over steam or they will get mushy.
When liquid has reduced to about 1/2 add steamed carrots to the mixture and toss. Let simmer for about 5 minutes.

Remove carrots from glaze and serve hot.
