Directions
Peel "leaves" of fresh garlic. Slice thinly. On low flame, Heat butter gently in pot on stove. Increase flame slightly. Add two 1/2 pound flounder fillets. Cook well on both sides. (about 5-8 minutes). Lower flame and add white wine. Simmer until wine nearly evaporates. Viola! Delicious, wine soaked flounder. This works well with any fish.

Place on dish. Drizzle Monari Federzoni Glaze with Balsamic Vinegar (to taste). Garnish with lemon wedges.
