Carrot Salad

Ingredients
24 oz Raw Carrots shredded 2 tbsp granualted sugar1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions
Mix the shredded carrots with the lemon jusice and sugar ( I tried splenda did not really work) , mix it together well. Let chill in fridge for about 1 hour . Mix again before serving since there will be a lot of juice on the bottom of bowl. Very refreshing salad.
