It's so strange that "I didn't make this" is an option in a rating. How can we rate something we haven't made? odd. - 3/15/08

I haven't made it, but it sounds pretty good. I think I'd saute the veggies and shrimp in just a touch of oil and spices and then put it on a bed of spinach with a fat free dressing. I'm amazed at the "bad" ratings just because someone doesn't like peppers. Don't eat it if you don't like them! - 1/4/11

I loved this and it was just enough for a nice lunch. I have no idea what 8 Oz of shrimp looks like so I cooked 4 Large. YUMMY! - 5/11/10

Used southwest spicy mustard instead of dijon and didn't have the onion. Tasty, but I think I overdid the vinegar. I'll try it again, though. - 3/14/08

I made this tonight for dinner and was disappointed. There really wasn't much flavor (even used 1/4 more dressing than called for). Maybe if I had marinated the ingredients overnight, there would have been more flavor. I'll try it again but, a day ahead of when I plan on eating it. We'll see. - 3/12/10
