1 Can of Tuna (drained)1 Egg White1/3 Cup of Low Fat Cheddar Cheese1/2 Small Onion (Finely Chopped)1 tsp Ground Garlic1/2 tsp Pepper
1. In a bowl mix drained tuna, egg white, cheese, onion and spices until all the ingrediants stick together.
2. Split in half and form 2 patties.
3. In a medium saucepan fry patties until both sides are golden brown.
