Shrimp Souffle

Ingredients
(10) Slices Healthy Family White Wheat Bread(6) large eggs(or equivelant egg substitute)(3) cups nonfat milk(2) Tbsp dried parsley(3/4 tsp dry mustard(1/2) tsp salt(8) oz pkg shredded fat free cheddar cheese(2) cups cooked shrimp
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees
Cube bread and set aside
Beat eggs and mix in milk and seasonings. Add to the mix the bread, cheese and shrimp.
Pour in 11x7 baking dish (or casserole) and bake uncovered for about an hour.

    SlimPam23 forgot to tell you to remove the crust on the bread. I was blessed to taste the Shrimp Souffle this morning. I enjoyed it. It was mild in flavor, and the shrimp pieces were juicy. I also enjoyed the cheese. Thank you SlimPam! - 12/11/09
