Pizza with Honey Wheat Crust

Ingredients
Crust:1.5 cups warm water1 Tbsp (1pkg) yeast1 tsp salt2 Tbsp honey2 Tbsp canola oil4 cups flour (2 white, 2 whole wheat)Sauce:~20 oz. canned tomatoes - mixture of crushed and diced1 Tbsp tomato paste.5 tsp chopped garlic.5 tsp basilsalt, pepper, and other spices to taste (hot sauce, red pepper flakes, etc)Toppings:pepperonimushroomsolivesmozzarella cheese
Directions
Crust:
Mix 1st four ingredients until yeast is dissolved. Add oil and flour, knead well. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Grease pizza pan and pat dough in; bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees.

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients and bring to a bubble on medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes-1hour. (I make a double batch and freeze the rest for another time)

Toppings:
Spread sauce on baked crust, add toppings as desired.
