Light Holiday Egg Nog

Ingredients
2 cups 1% milk1 large egg 3 packets Splenda (or sugar substitute)1/4 box vanilla pudding - dry mix only1 tsp. vanilla extract1/4 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Blend all ingredients thoroughly and allow to thicken. Add rum (or liquor of choice). The alcohol is extra, I have not calculated calories for that. You could lower calorie content by using sugar free pudding, egg beaters and non-fat milk. I used what I had on hand.
